This department also facilitates professional development through strategic consulting, professional coaching, 职业规划, 和 mediation services, as well as coordination of the New Hire Orientation program. The team also focuses on empowering employees with specific skills to drive better business performance by offering competency-based in-person 和 virtual classes on topics such as management 和 supervisory skills, 沟通, 团队建设, organizational development, 和 technical skills.
